CLOSER.

Five macros from the same production scene, shot the way a macro lens works: one thing sharp, something soft close to the glass, the crypt falling away behind.

SAME TUB.
NO CRYPT.

The model the scene was built on, alone on white. The lid and neck were fitted to the brand's product photo row by row, and the label carries its gloss and raised print.

Production notes

Tub, label finishes, the liquid, the eyeballs, candles, berries, chains and the crypt built and rendered in Blender (Cycles). The lid and neck were fitted to the brand's product photo before anything else. The label was rebuilt from the brand's front artwork, so only the printed front is ever shown. The liquid is not sculpted: a thin-film flow simulation ran on the tub's own surface, from a pool around the eye on the lid, over the rim and down the label, and the picture is one moment of it. Each eyeball has a real iris dish behind a clear cornea, so the highlights sit on the surface and the colour sits behind it. Everything rests on the floor mesh or hangs free, and every contact was checked for overlaps. Clay shows every scene object in one neutral grey with the haze removed. The unlabelled pass keeps the final camera and lights on the bare black tub. The dry frame of "Let it melt" is a real second render of the same scene without the liquid. Finals carry a lens pass: slight barrel, halation on the hottest lights, grain and grade. The banner's sign is geometry in the room, cut from the label's own lettering and rendered with the banner's camera. Stone textures and the brass goblet are CC0 scans from Poly Haven.

Made with our 3D + AI workflow: real geometry, light and materials in Blender for the control and quality of 3D, with AI speeding up the build and every round of changes.
