This website, afterstandard.com, is run by After Standard Studio ("After Standard", "we", "us"), an AI-native creative studio for supplement brands. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect
When you browse the site
Our hosting and delivery provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information every browser sends to load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it fast and protect it from abuse.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites. We only see totals, such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types.
When you contact us
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address or phone number, your company, and details about your brand, products and project, including any files or links you share.
When you play a full film
Some full-length films are hosted on Google Drive. The Google player loads only after you press play. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
What we don't collect
- We don't use contact forms, accounts or newsletters on this site.
- We don't use advertising pixels, retargeting or cross-site tracking.
- We don't collect payment details through this site.
03How we use it
- To run and protect the website: delivering pages, preventing abuse and fixing problems. This is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
- To understand what works: aggregate, cookieless analytics that help us improve the site. This is our legitimate interest, and no individual profile is created.
- To answer you and work together: replying to your message, preparing ideas and quotes, and delivering a project. This is based on your request and, where a project goes ahead, on our agreement with you.
- To meet legal obligations: for example, keeping business and tax records.
We never sell personal information and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
04Who else processes it
We only use a few service providers, each for a specific job:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and provides the cookieless analytics and security protection.
- Google provides our email (Gmail) and the Google Drive player used for some full films.
- WhatsApp, part of Meta, carries the messages you send us there.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
05How long we keep it
We keep messages and project files for as long as we need them to talk with you, deliver the work and keep a record of the project, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. If a conversation doesn't turn into a project, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Technical logs and analytics are kept by Cloudflare for limited periods under its own retention rules.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the UK and privacy laws such as the CCPA in California, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interests;
- send your information to you or to another service in a portable format.
Email afterstandardstudios@gmail.com and we will answer as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
07Security and transfers
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to messages and project files to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Our providers operate worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
